NVPCA's Annual State-Based 2026 Uniform Data System (UDS) Webinar

The annual UDS technical assistance webinar will be conducted virtually as described below. Participants should plan to attend all sessions for a full and comprehensive understanding of the complete UDS report.

Understand the who, what, when, where, and how of UDS reporting.

Discuss common reporting errors and tips for success.

Review key resources and supports available.
Attendees will:

Gain an understanding of reporting the UDS including: the patient profile, reporting clinical services and quality of care indicators, operational and financial tables, and other required UDS reporting forms.

Learn about the new requirements included in 2026 reporting.

Learn tips for success including strategies for submission.

Trainer Bio:
Amanda Lawyer, MPH, is a Senior Associate at JSI with over 11 years of professional public health experience directing and managing federal contracts, technical assistance initiatives, and data-driven clinical quality improvement projects. She brings extensive familiarity with HRSA’s Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) and the operational infrastructure of over 1,500 federally qualified health centers nationwide. Ms. Lawyer currently serves as the Project Manager and Review Lead for JSI's Uniform Data System (UDS) contract, managing timelines, deliverables, and a multidisciplinary team of reviewers, while providing direct support to health centers, vendors, and BPHC staff through a dedicated support center. She has conducted UDS technical assistance for over 6 years in various states and territories and is a certified Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitator. Ms. Lawyer holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the State University at Albany School of Public Health.

About the Speaker
Pauline Stoltzner is a dual Board-Certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Substance Abuse Practitioner with over a decade of advanced clinical leadership. Dr. Stoltzner currently serves as a faculty member at the Orvis School of Nursing, where she teaches Mental Health Theory and Communication.
Her clinical background includes high-acuity care in intensive care settings, providing her with a unique perspective on the continuum of care for patients with Opioid Use Disorder. As a doctoral-level researcher and clinician, Dr. Stoltzner is dedicated to advancing evidence-based recovery models. Her combination of executive clinical leadership in detox settings and hands-on experience in MAT delivery makes her a vital asset to initiatives addressing the complexities of the opioid crisis.
