Advancing Breast Cancer Screening in Primary Care: Practical Tools, Referrals, and Patient Support Strategies

This educational webinar will equip primary care teams with practical, evidence-based strategies to improve breast cancer screening rates and follow-up. Participants will review current screening guidelines and explore referral options for health centers without on-site mammography, including mobile programs and community partnerships. The session will also address effective patient outreach and navigation strategies to reduce barriers and strengthen follow-through, while highlighting American Cancer Society tools that support clinic-level quality improvement and patient engagement.
