America’s Community Health Centers (CHCs) owe their existence to the Civil Rights Movement and to the many determined community health and civil rights activists who started the first CHCs more than 50 years ago back in June 1965. Their goal was to improve the lives of Americans living in deep poverty and make health care accessible to all.
We look forward to reconnecting with leadership and staff from Nevada's Community Health Centers and other key state organizations to advance our efforts as we work together toward Health Equity in Nevada!
