America’s Community Health Centers are unique institutions, not just in the health care system, but in the fabric of the communities they serve.

The very nature of America's Health Centers makes them an integral part of how low income Americans as well as immigrants are involved in and integrated into their communities and a natural place for helping them take the step to be more informed and civically engaged.

That is why the Campaign for America’s Health Centers is promoting Community Health Vote.

Our goals are:
  1. Increase voting and civic participation by Health Center staff, board, volunteers, and clients.
  2. Assist America’s Health Centers in increasing voter participation in their communities through legal, permissible, nonpartisan voter engagement activities-- voter registration, voter education, and get-out-the-vote (GOTV).

By participating in Community Health Vote at your health center, you can have the POWER to Protect YOUR HEALTH CARE and America’s Health Centers.
